This armor is an excellent replica of Roman Lorica Segmenta. It is made from 16-gauge High Carbon Mild Steel and is fully articulated and wearable. Each plate is a premium dark brown leather to protect the Lorica’s plates from rusting, scratching ,denting. It is also very comfortable. Real C-854 Brass ornaments and accents are used to further enhance the armor. It is quite stretchy and allows plenty of freedom of movement. Long-lasting durability compared to other steel loricas
Other features are strong metal hooks which attach the torso to the shoulder plates. This are much stronger than leather straps and will not break.
This armor is fully efficient and can be worn for reenactments or put on display. Excellent for re-enactment, display or decorative purpose.
